YOGA IMMERSION: 10 DAYS IN IRELAND

This Immersion is for the yoga student ready to head to the heart and soul of their practice.

These 10 days will guide you on a personal journey into your expression of spirituality. Spend this time away tuning in to the subtler practices of stillness, breathe work and yoga nidra. You’ll receive a full Vedic astrology reading for your birth chart, to get a better understanding of your unique soul path. Weaving yoga practice, meditation,writing and led inquiry into your deepest answers. The value of an Immersion is unique to each individual, though you have the gift of time AND personalized attention as you practice.

On our 10 days together, you are invited to commit to viewing your entire life through a different lense. Learn more about meditation and energy medicine techniques, to awaken more prana (life force).

DESTINATION

Cork, Ireland’s second largest city, has fast gained a reputation as a food-lover’s paradise, with farmers markets, fine dining restaurants and cafés in abundance, as well as fabulous art houses, such as The Crawford Municipal Gallery, and a world class Opera House.

Outside the city, there’s an awesome craggy coastline and never-ending beaches, with the well-heeled harbour-side village of Kinsale laying claim to the title ‘Foodie capital of the South’.

The South Coast is steeped in history – prehistoric settlements, castles, abbeys and stately homes dot the landscape, so there’s plenty to discover on your travels.

No visitor should miss out the famous Ring Of Kerry, the serene lakes of Killarney and the quaint fishing villages of Wexford and Waterford along the sunny south coast.

ACOMMODATION

Bantry Bay House has a fabulous position on the shores of Bantry Bay in beautiful West Cork. The American beach-style timber home makes a fantastic location for a relaxing family get together with gorgeous gardens to explore and panoramic views to enjoy.

The house can accommodate up to twelve guests across six bedrooms over two levels. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation comprising of an open-plan kitchen and dining area, living room and TV room. Also on this level is the master double bedroom which comes complete with en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, are a further three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom facilities, further double and twin rooms as well as a separate family bathroom. 

The outside space has the real wow factor, there are one and a half acres of beautiful gardens to explore complete with pathways and benches. The private floating pontoon on the bay is accessed from the pine fringed shore via a gangway, making this the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet drink on a warm evening.

For those that want to enjoy al fresco dining, the garden comes complete with charcoal barbecue, after cooking up a storm, the large outdoor jacuzzi is the perfect place to relax especially after a long day of discovering wonderful West Cork or Kerry and all they have to offer.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Confirmation of your reservation requires payment of a minimum $ 600.00 CAD deposit, deducted from the total value of your reservation.

This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.

If you wish, you may settle the entire balance at once in lieu of paying a deposit in order to avoid any additional transactions at your end. Should you choose to pay only a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior your stay’s start date. 

Any cancellation made fewer than 60 days prior your stay implies that your fee and deposit will not be reimbursed.
